I offer Counselling and Psychotherapy in Nottingham City Centre.
The cost for each counselling hour costs £30.00, however lower rates for counselling and psychotherapy
can be negotiated during your initial counselling session.
Counselling and Psychotherapy can offer you an opportunity to take time and space to talk
about your difficulties. Enabling you to explore ways make the changes you want. Counselling is a confidential process between
the client and the therapist.
