is Janine Piccirella, I am a qualified BACP Accredited Counsellor offering Counselling and Psychotherapy based in
Nottingham. I offer short, medium and long term therapy dependant on the needs of the individual. I work in private
practice and have worked in the NHS.
Counselling Nottingham is based both in the city centre of Nottingham
and in Lady Bay, Nottingham.
I offer Individual and Couples Counselling at my Nottingham City Centre
practice and Individual, Couples and Group Counselling at my Lady Bay practice.
Counselling and Psychotherapy
can offer you an opportunity to take time and space to talk about your difficulties. Enabling you to explore ways
to make the changes you want. Counselling is a private and confidential process between the client and the therapist.

to identify what your problems are, but rather have a vague feeling of being blocked and that your life is limited, stunted
in some way. Perhaps you feel locked into repeating patterns of thoughts, feelings or behaviour.
Costs
per counselling appointment:-
Individual Counselling - £40.00 per hour
Couples Counselling
- £50.00 per hour Cash
Payments Only
Group Counselling - £25.00 per person (2 1/2hr session - weekly)
Nottingham City Centre Practice
Is based on Park Row, near to the Nottingham Playhouse
and the Nottingham Castle.
There is on-street parking available (paid for at meter's) and is very close to
the Nottingham Market Square which has tram and bus transportation.
West
Bridgford Practice
Is based on Trent Boulevard, Lady Bay, Nottingham. There is free on
street parking available and a
local bus routes (No. 11 bus: green line) stop outside the practice.
